Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cup bok choy, chopped
- 2 bacon slices, chopped
- Salt and black pepper to the taste
- A drizzle of avocado oil
Instructions
- Heat up a pan with the oil over medium heat, add bacon, stir and brown until it’s crispy, transfer to paper towels and drain grease.
- Return pan to medium heat, add garlic and bok choy, stir and cook for 4 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper and return bacon, stir, cook for 1 minute more, divide between plates and serve.
