Easy KETO Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 28 drops Liquid Stevia
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon heavy Cream
  • 6 tablespoon shelled hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened grated coconut
  • 4 tablespoon. PB Fit Powder Peanut butter powder

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, add all the dry ingredients and mix with a fork until combined
  2. Add coconut oil and using hands, mix until everything is combined and starts turning into a paste
  3. Add the heavy cream, vanilla, and liquid stevia. Mix again until everything is combined, and you have a slightly creamy texture
  4. Measure out the unsweetened grated coconut on to a plate.
  5. Form balls using your hands, and then roll in the grated coconut.
  6. Lay on to a baking tray covered in parchment paper.
  7. Place in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  8. Best serve chilled. 
  9. Enjoy!
