Easy KETO Trout and Almonds


  • 4 large trout fillets
  • Salt and black pepper to the taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • Zest and juice from 1 orange
  • A handful parsley, chopped
  • ½ cup almonds, chopped


  1. Heat up a pan with the oil over medium-high heat, add the fish fillets, season with salt and pepper, cook for 4 minutes on each side, transfer to a plate and keep warm for now.
  2. Heat up the same pan with the ghee over medium heat, add almonds, stir and toast for 1 minutes.
  3. Add orange juice and zest, some salt and pepper and chopped parsley, stir, cook for 1 minute and pour over fish fillets.
  4. Serve right away.
  5. Enjoy!
