Easy KETO Salmon Fillets

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons ghee, soft
  • 1 and ¼ pound salmon fillet
  • 2 ounces Kimchi, finely chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to the taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, mix ghee with Kimchi and blend well.
  2. Rub salmon with salt, pepper and Kimchi mix and place into a baking dish.
  3. Place in the oven at 425 degrees F and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Divide between plates and serve with a side salad.
  5. Enjoy!
