- 2 tablespoons ghee, soft
- 1 and ¼ pound salmon fillet
- 2 ounces Kimchi, finely chopped
- Salt and black pepper to the taste
- In a food processor, mix ghee with Kimchi and blend well.
- Rub salmon with salt, pepper and Kimchi mix and place into a baking dish.
- Place in the oven at 425 degrees F and bake for 15 minutes.
- Divide between plates and serve with a side salad.
