Easy KETO Salsa Chicken


  • 6 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • 2 cups salsa
  • Salt and black pepper to the taste
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Vegetable cooking spray


  1. Spray a baking dish with cooking oil, place chicken breasts on it, season with salt and pepper and pour salsa all over.
  2. Introduce in the oven at 425 degrees F and bake for 1 hour.
  3. Spread cheese and bake for 15 minutes more.
  4. Divide between plates and serve.
  5. Enjoy!
