Easy KETO Pepperoni Chicken


  • 14 ounces low carb pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 4 medium chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • Salt and black pepper to the taste
  • 1 teaspoon oregano (dried)
  • 6 ounces mozzarella (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 ounces pepperoni (sliced)


  1. Put pizza sauce in a small pot, bring to a boil over medium heat, simmer for 20 minutes and take off heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano and stir.
  3. Heat up a pan with the coconut oil over medium-high heat, add chicken pieces, cook for 2 minutes on each side and transfer them to a baking dish.
  4. Add mozzarella slices on top, spread sauce, top with pepperoni slices, introduce in the oven at 400 degrees F and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Divide between plates and serve.
  6. Enjoy!
