Easy KETO BLT Wrap With Avocado


  • 3 large lettuce leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • ½ large tomato thinly sliced
  • 6 strips bacon cooked to liking
  • ½ avocado peeled and thinly sliced


  1. Wash and dry lettuce leaves and flatten slightly
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each leaf
  3. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Add 2 slices of bacon to each leaf
  5. Divide avocado slices and place on each leaf
  6. Wrap tightly
