Easy KETO Avocado Pudding


  • 2 avocados, pitted, peeled and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 80 drops stevia
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 14 ounces canned coconut milk


  1. In your blender, mix avocado with coconut milk, vanilla extract, stevia and lime juice, blend well, spoon into dessert bowls and keep in the fridge until you serve it.
  2. Enjoy!
