Easy KETO French Onion Soup

INGREDIENTS
  • 5 Tbsp Butter
  • 3 cup Beef Stock
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 500 g Brown Onion Medium
  • 2 tsp Natvia (or Erythritol) 4 drops stevia 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium large pot, put the butter and olive oil over medium low heat. Add onions and 1tsp Salt. (onions chopped)
  2. Cook uncovered, stirring often for 20 mins or until onions are golden brown. Stir in the stevia and cook for another 5 mins.
  3. Add the stock to the saucepan and cook. Reduce to a low heat and simmer for 25 mins.
  4. Ladle into soup bowls and serve!
