Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower head, florets separated
- 1 broccoli head, florets separated
- Salt and black pepper to the taste
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 bacon slices, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Heat up a pan with the butter over medium-high heat, add garlic and bacon, stir and cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Add cauliflower and broccoli florets, stir and cook for 5 minutes more.
- Add water to cover them, cover pot and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper, stir again and blend soup using an immersion blender.
- Simmer for a couple more minutes over medium heat, ladle into bowls and serve.
- Serve and enjoy!
