Easy KETO Protein Shake


  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • 4 ice cubes


  • Add all the ingredients to a blender
  • Blend on high until you have a thick creamy consistency
