Jalapeno Poppers Wrapped in Bacon

Easy KETO Jalapeno Poppers Wrapped in Bacon


  • 8 Slices bacon
  • 60 g Cream Cheese (2 oz)
  • 60 g Cheddar Cheese (2 oz) shredded
  • 1 Tsp dried onion flakes


  1. First, slice the jalapenos into half lengthways, and remove the seeds.
  2. Mix together the cheese, cream cheese and dried onion flakes, and spoon in between the jalapenos
  3. Take the slices of bacon, and gently wrap the jalapenos from head to tail. Place on a wire rack in the oven at 180C (355F) for 15-20 mins
  4. Turn up the heat on the oven in the last 5 mins, or even put on the broiler (grill) for an extra crispy outer layer if you so desire.
