INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375 F.
In a medium frying pan, heat the olive oil. Add the ground beef with the paprika, cumin, chilli powder, chopped bell pepper, salt, and pepper and fry until brown.
Meanwhile, line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place six 2 tbsp portions of the grated parmesan cheese onto the baking tray into round flat circles, about (5-inch) in diameter and bake until they bubble and brown
Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes and then place the cheese In a second baking tray forming the cheese into cups in each mold.
Fill with the cooked meat mixture and top with sour cream
