Easy KETO Cheese Shell Taco Cups


  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 3 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder (optional)
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 60 g (2 oz) Parmesan grated cheese 
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 300 g Ground Pork 10 oz, substitute with beef or chicken if desired


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 F.
  2. In a medium frying pan, heat the olive oil. Add the ground beef with the paprika, cumin, chilli powder, chopped bell pepper, salt, and pepper and fry until brown.
  3. Meanwhile, line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place six 2 tbsp portions of the grated parmesan cheese onto the baking tray into round flat circles, about (5-inch) in diameter and bake until they bubble and brown
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes  and then place the cheese In a second baking tray forming the cheese into cups in each mold.
  5. Fill with the cooked meat mixture and top with sour cream
  6. Serve and enjoy
