Esay KETO Greek Meatballs


2 ½-3 pounds ground beef
1 cup spinach leaves finely chopped
¾ cup feta cheese crumbled
⅓ cup flax seed meal
¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
5 garlic cloves minced
2 eggs
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 ½ teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon beef base paste
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground thyme
olive oil or butter for skillet method


- Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C). Prepare a baking sheet by placing a silicone baking mat on top or greasing with butter.
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with bare hands.
- Form the meatballs slightly smaller than the size of a golf ball (about 2 tablespoons each). Place one-inch apart on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. Allow to rest on the counter for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve and enjoy!
