Keto Fried Cinnamon Donuts

Easy KETO Fried Cinnamon Donuts



  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup Natvia (Or Erythritol)
  • pinch of salt

Cinnamon Coating

  • 1/4 cup Natvia (Or Erythritol)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon


  • ¼ Cup refined coconut oil.


  1. Preheat the oven to 355 F (180c).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the sour cream, whipping cream, eggs and vanilla extract.
  3. Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Remove the donuts and let cool.
  5. Fill a frying pan with the coconut oil, heat up the pan and fry each donut for approximately 2 mins each side or until golden brown.
  6. Place the Natvia and cinnamon together on a plate, and roll the donuts in the mixture.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
