OPTIONAL:
add ¼ tsp cinnamon and a pinch of cayenne pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the chia seeds, coconut milk, water, cacao powder, Erythritol and stevia. If you prefer a smoother texture, place into a blender and pulse until smooth
Let it sit for at least 10-15 minutes, ideally overnight in the fridge
Top each with cocoa nibs, heavy cream and 1/2 a fresh strawberry just before serving
